Hey ya'll,
It's been a good week. It's been raining everyday this week. We still were able to work hard and teach people. Saturday night we had to cancel our appointments because of a bad storm. We were at a less active's house and we could see the storm clouds coming. We heard the sirens go off just as we got in. It was a severe Lightening/ thunder storm. So we played Uno and other games for fun! It was a crazy storm the lighting would light up the room and was super loud! It was awesome! Later that night we had a real pretty sunset! My Companion is Sister Megan Ward she is 28 and from Elba Idaho. She is a cosmetologist too! So we can do each others hair! I think I might have her cut my hair... we'll see. She is going home at the end of this transfer. This the 2nd time I have been with a sister who is going home. It's interesting, it's helps me want to work hard before I ever have to go home. So we're sister training leaders (STL) and that means we go to Mission leadership training (MLC) and then give trainings at zone training on the things we learn. This is my first time being an STL. This MLC will be special because it'll be with Elder Zwick of the Seventy. I'm way excited! He is also doing a mission tour/conference with half of the mission coming to it on Friday, the other half Thursday. Plus as SLT's we also go on exchanges with all the other sisters in our zone. So next week then we'll be doing exchanges and I'll being going to Valdosta! That should be lots of fun! It's going to be a great Transfer! We've been able to see a lot of progress from our investigators. Jane was able to come to church this week. That was a big step for her. Kawajaylne is fantastic. We visited her and her sister is now taking the lessons and wants to come to church with Kawajaylne. So many great things are happening here in Albany! I'm glad I have the chance to serve here with my great companion. She has been so fantastic! Thanks for all your love and support!

Hey y'all,
I was transferred to Albany! I'm back in the tifton zone plus I'm the sister training leader so I have the chance to go on exchanges back to Valdosta! That should be exciting! We also go to mission leadership training and Elder Zwick will be coming to visit so he'll be there. That should be a great learning experience. My companion is Sister Ward! She is from Idaho, this is her last transfer. Sunday during sacrament the speaker didn't show up so they asked/told us (new missionaries in the area) to share a little about themselves and their testimony. It was nerve wracking waiting but it went well. Make it a great week!

Hey y'all,
It's been a great week here in Columbus! I love it here. The people are so fantastic! This work here is really moving forward. We've been working with the members and they've been such a big help. The ward is so supportive and very missionary oriented. What we do is we go to a members home and pray with them, then go tracting around where they live. We've seen so many miracles come from it. We've found new investigators plus received more referrals that way. After we then tell them how it went. We've been able to get to know the ward better and they can get to know us too. We were able to have to of the people we're teaching come to church yesterday. They really enjoy it and the members were great at fellow-shipping them.
Saturday night then we had transfer calls and... I'm getting transferred! My companion and I were so shocked! I'm leaving the area and she is training. I know she will do a great job! So yesterday we went around and I said good bye to everyone and took pictures. It's hard leaving an area but I know that when one door closes another one opens. I know that I will love and miss the people here, I'm excited to see what is up next, to meet new people, a new area and my new companion. I know that I'm supposed to be in the area that I will be going to. Time is going by faster and faster! I just love being here and serving a mission! I'm so grateful for all the experiences I've been able to have. Missions are the best! Make it a great week!

Hey y'all,
So Wednesday we went to the stake center to have our district meeting and the edlers said that someone broke into the church. we thought it was april fools joke... NOPE!! It was really broken into! SAD DAY! They broke all the locked doors and closest in the entire building including to the baptismal font! Ether they saw the handle off or they used a hammer or a crobar. Then they pulled stuff out of the places and trashed it all over the floor especially in the bishops and clerks offices and the family history center. They took the candy from all those places including they nursery treats! Nothing is sacred after that! They broke a window to get in, they stole toilet paper, soap and tried to take 2 big speakers a grill and water bottles. sad day! the seminary students found them, they came early in the morning and the stuff was on they side walk and the lights were on. So they went in and came face to face with one of them. So we spent the day cleaning the dust from finger printing and organizing the mess they made. For my year mark, it was an interesting day.

Happy Easter! I hope ya'll had a great week end! I know I did. Wasn't general conference fantastic!? It is hard for me to pick a favorite talk because they all had something that really helped me. I really liked the one by Elder Brent H. Nielson Of the Seventy. He said
"When the lost one is your son or your daughter, your brother or your sister, and he or she has chosen to leave, we learned in our family that, after all we can do, we love that person with all of our hearts and we watch, we pray, and we wait for the Lord’s hand to be revealed. … May you and I receive the revelation to know how to best approach those in our lives who are lost and, when necessary, to have the patience and love of our Father in Heaven and His Son, Jesus Christ, as we love, watch, and wait for the prodigal."
I like this one because I thought of one of our investigators Bro Nielsen is really progressing. He was able to watch the Sunday morning session of conference with us at a members home. He's the only one in his family that's learning. It's great that we can watch pray and wait for the blessings to come. I also like it because how he applied it to himself in the talk. How he is the same as his sister in coming back to Christ. I think that is so true and I never thought about that story in that way before. I now can apply it to myself in a different way.
One of our investigators came to the Saturday morning session. He thought it was cool that we have apostles here on the earth today just like in the bible. It was interesting that people apposed. It reminds me of the scriptures in Jacob chapter 7 it starts in vs 8 Jacob asks Sherem about Christ and then if he reads the scriptures. Sherem says yes he reads them. Jacob tells him that he doesn't understand them. I'm not sure they understand ether. We can watch, pray, and wait!

I'm so grateful for General Conference for the chance we have to listen to the Prophet and his apostles. For the chance I have to sustain them not just by raising my hand but by my actions as well. By doing my best to follow the savior and do what he would if he were here. I've been so blessed to serve a mission here in Georgia around so many wonderful people. I've learned so much, I strive to serve in a way that Heavenly Father would be pleased with what I've done to help hasten the work. Thanks for all your love and support.
