It's been a great week! We were able to have some great lessons, and see so much progress from our investigators. One of them, Brother Lee, was able to come to church yesterday! He is such a great person. I've learned so much from him and his wife. She has done so much for me and everyone around her. I know that they will do great things. I feel so blessed to be able to know and serve around them.
I'm excited for the new year! I know that more great and wonderful things will happen! I feel so blessed to be a part of them in hastening the work. I hope that y'all are able to take part in it as well. I know that it will change your life and bring you so many blessing, if nothing else then closer to Christ. I've decided to be better at making goals... and reaching them!
I know that as we set goals and pray for the lords help in reaching them, then do our best, he will help and bless us. One of them is: I'm going to strive to improve my personal studies and be better at writing down what I learn in my journal.
Recently I've been studying about the Atonement and some scriptures that I've really come to love are: 2 nephi ch 2, Alma 7:11-13, and Alma 34: 8-10. Jesus Christ loves us so much, he died for each one of us. I'm so grateful to be able to partake of the sacrament each week to renew my covenants. Another goal of mine is to make the sacrament more personal. To really listen to those prayers and strive to be better each week. I'm so grateful to be here serving a mission and for all your love and support.
